Thank you for taking a minute to learn more about us and our candles. We know your time is valuable so we do appreciate the opportunity to have a few minutes to tell you about us.
Not another mission statement
If you are like us you kinda feel like every company has created a well crafted and ridiculous mission statement. It is our hope that we don't come off with the same tired statement. Instead, we have created a type of commandments that our business operates under:
1. We want everyone to be able to afford our candles. We use great quality products and we work very hard to maintain a price that is fair to our customers.
2. Whenever possible and fiscally responsible, we buy American goods. We are proud to say that more than 90% of our goods are produced in the United States. We will continue to work to increase our commitment to purchase American made goods.
3. Our candles are free of any fillers or unnecessary additives. All candles are phthalate-free. Always!
Hand Crafted. What does that mean?
Everyone from Gum producers to Car makers seem to think their product has been hand crafted in some way. We would love to tell you about our Hand Crafted Candles but we refuse to fall into that trap. Instead lets talk about how we make our products and you can decide. We make our candles in small batches and we add the maximum allowable scent load for the wax type without additives. this is 6% for the soy wax we use. Our colors are blended from highly concentrated primary and secondary colors so that each batch will have its own unique look.
Do you want something a little different?
We are working on creating an order system that allows you, our valued customer, the ability to order your candles or wax melts made to your specific needs. Our ordering system will allow you to choose your container type, wax, scent and color. We plan to offer this at the same price as our stocked products and orders will be filled within 48 hours (except large orders).
